This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through potentessentials.com are processed and delivered.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs or events outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number, when available for your destination.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Address, lost or damaged packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the order date and we will help you resolve it.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered by email or through an access link immediately after payment and do not require shipping.

Where's the Honey Trick in the app?

It has its own guide on the first shelf of the library, right next to the audio sessions. You'll find it the first evening you open Spire.

Does she have to know I'm using it?

Only if you decide to tell her. The app looks like any other audio app on your phone, and it sends no reminders you didn't switch on yourself.
